We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Saviton Metplast. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Manage complete Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
Create and optimize product listings and catalogs.
Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
Run advertising campaigns and promotional activities
Monitor account health, ratings, and policy compliance
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Analyze sales reports, competitor activity, and marketplace trends
Improve product ranking through SEO and keyword optimization
Manage pricing strategies, offers, and discount campaigns
Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
