We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing our online marketplace accounts and handling day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.

Create product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other listing details.

Handle customer messages, queries, returns, and order-related issues.

Process and monitor online orders.

Update inventory, pricing, and product information regularly.

Coordinate with the team for shipping and order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets records.

Help improve product listings and overall online sales performance.

Requirements:

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Good written English and communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Previous e-commerce experience is preferred but freshers with good computer skills can also apply.
