Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who worked in logistics to support and manage day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and assisting in process execution to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities..

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities and processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

• Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports and records.

• Track ongoing activities and follow up on pending tasks.

• Handle customer queries and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Assist in planning, executing, and improving operational processes.

• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as required.

• Support the Operations Manager in achieving departmental targets and objectives.

Required Skills.

Fluent English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate and above.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
