Job Description :-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and within defined timelines.

• Update delivery status and shipment details on a regular basis.

• Coordinate with courier partners for order dispatch, tracking, and delivery.

• Follow up on pending, delayed, and escalated orders.

• Assist in reshipping and reverse pickup activities.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records on internal portals and trackers.

• Support order cancellations, address corrections, and customer requests.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and operational dashboards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

• Adhere to company SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Assist in inventory checks and maintain order-related documentation.

• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, Customer Support, or Supply Chain.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & E-mail

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
