We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Rachit Enterprises is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, JioMart, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, order management, and seller account handling. We offer a collaborative work environment, career growth opportunities, and a salary of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and Myntra for e-commerce platforms.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and keywords.

• Handle Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, PPC campaigns, and promotional campaigns to improve sales and ROI.

• Monitor advertising performance, optimize campaigns, control ACoS/ROAS, and prepare performance reports.

• Manage inventory, pricing, catalog updates, stock synchronization, and product availability.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Analyze sales reports, business reports, and marketplace insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Resolve listing errors, account health issues, policy violations, and catalog-related problems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 1–5 Years in E-commerce Marketplace Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, campaign optimization, keyword research, and marketplace SEO.

• Experience in product listing, catalog management, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.

• Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize sales and advertising performance.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
