Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily ecommerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay and other marketplaces
• Create and manage product listings with title, description, bullet points and images
• Upload new products and update pricing, stock and offers
• Process orders, packing coordination and shipment tracking
• Handle customer messages, returns and complaints professionally
• Monitor account health and policy compliance on marketplaces
• Coordinate with courier companies and warehouse team
• Maintain inventory records and stock updates
• Basic image editing and Excel knowledge preferred
• Support sales growth and marketplace performance

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/eBay seller panel preferred
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic English typing and Excel knowledge

Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidate can apply
• Ecommerce experience preferred

Education:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Salary:

• Based on experience and skills

Work Timing:

• Full-time office job
