We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The role involves processing and managing orders received from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate data entry of orders, invoices, and customer details. The executive will be responsible for scanning, picking, and packing materials as per order requirements and coordinating timely dispatch.
A critical part of this role is regular and accurate stock updating, including inward, outward, and available inventory, to avoid mismatches and stockouts. The candidate will also handle data entry of returns, replacements, and cancellations, ensuring records are properly maintained and reconciled with system data. Preparing and sharing daily operational reports covering orders processed, dispatches, returns, and stock status is mandatory.
The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with e-commerce dashboards, basic computer systems, and inventory records. Accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential for this position.
