E-Commerce Executive – Job Description

Position: E-Commerce Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce orders across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.

- Check and process incoming orders on a daily basis.

- Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.

- Coordinate daily order packing and dispatch.

- Ensure all orders are dispatched within the required timelines.

- Manage courier/shipping pickups and hand over parcels to delivery partners.

- Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, dispatches, returns, and cancellations.

- Handle order cancellations, returns, replacements, and basic customer/order-related issues.

- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for smooth order fulfillment.

- Update order status and maintain daily dispatch reports.

- Monitor inventory availability and inform the concerned team about low-stock products.

- Ensure correct product, quantity, invoice, and shipping label for every order.

- Assist with basic billing and e-commerce account operations.

- Maintain daily sales and dispatch-related data in Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart / Meesho or similar platforms.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Understanding of invoices, shipping labels, billing, and dispatch processes.

- Good computer and internet skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet daily deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Previous experience in e-commerce order processing, warehouse operations, dispatch, or billing will be preferred.

- Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.

Key Responsibility

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every online order is correctly processed, invoiced, packed, labelled, and dispatched on time.
