🚨 WE ARE HIRING | E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR 🚨

📍 Location: Surat
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC/month

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio & Meesho

• Personally handle 1–2 marketplaces and supervise the remaining platforms

• Lead and coordinate a team of 3–6 E-Commerce Executives

• Monitor GMV, sales, returns, ad spend & account health

• Manage listings, catalog quality, pricing, deals & promotions

• Handle suppressed listings and marketplace escalations

• Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Operations & Content teams

• Prepare daily MIS, task trackers and weekly performance reports

🔹 Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces

• Strong team handling & coordination skills

• Good knowledge of Excel, MIS & reporting

• Experience with pricing, promotions, catalog/listing management

• Strong communication, follow-up & problem-solving skills

✨ Preferred: E-commerce / Fashion / Ethnicwear / Apparel experience
