We are hiring an eCommerce Executive for Nathani Enterprises, one of Bengaluru's most trusted food product stores with 25 plus years in the market. We are located at Old Tharagupet, Bundi Mode, Bengaluru.

We deal in 300 plus products including papads, appalams, pickles, masalas, pasta, mukhwas, vermicelli and our own brand ASU. We do retail and wholesale business and are now aggressively expanding our online presence.

What You Will Do:

Managing our online stores on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho including product listing, pricing and inventory updates. Handle all orders received via WhatsApp Business, Instagram and website. Pack orders carefully and print barcodes and shipping labels. Dispatch orders via Shiprocket, Rapido Porter and other delivery platforms. Reply to customer messages and complaints on all platforms professionally. Run and monitor Instagram and Facebook ads for our products. Update product photos, descriptions and prices regularly. Maintain daily records of orders, dispatches and returns in Excel. Coordinate with owner for bulk and wholesale orders.

What We Need:

Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in eCommerce is mandatory. Must have hands on experience on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Panel or Meesho. Knowledge of Shiprocket or any shipping platform. Must know WhatsApp Business and Instagram Shopping. Basic photo editing on Canva or similar app. Knowledge of barcode and label printing is a bonus. Basic Excel for maintaining order records. Honest, hardworking, punctual and self motivated. Age between 18 to 40 years.

What We Offer:

Salary between ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience. Salary review after 3 months based on performance. Sunday holiday. Friendly and supportive work environment.
