Job Title: E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Experience Required: 1–2 years (Dispatch & Packing – E-commerce Platforms)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operation Supervisor who has hands-on experience in dispatch, packaging, and daily operational activities on e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the team and workflow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing and dispatch operations for e-commerce orders.

• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, labeling, and timely dispatch.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.

• Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with the inventory team.

• Monitor order flow on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Handle return orders, replacements, and RTO management.

• Maintain packaging quality standards to avoid damage or customer complaints.

• Prepare daily reports on dispatch, pending orders, and stock updates.

• Train and guide packing & warehouse staff for smooth operations.

• Resolve operational issues and communicate with management for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch, packing, or warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

• Good understanding of shipping labels, invoices, and return processes.

• Ability to lead a small team and manage time efficiently.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, order processing portals).

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
