Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, product listings, and digital sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience and improved online performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store (product uploads, updates, pricing, inventory).

• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords).

• Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for banners, campaigns, and promotions.

• Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries through online channels.

• Track and analyze sales performance and generate reports.

• Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Implement basic SEO practices to improve organic visibility.

• Manage discount codes, offers, and seasonal campaigns on Shopify.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
