Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, company website, etc.)
Upload and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, keywords)
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and order fulfillment
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
Ensure timely processing of orders and maintain SLA compliance
Handle promotions, deals, discounts, and festive campaigns
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth and issue resolution
Ensure product availability and stock reconciliation
Manage basic digital marketing activities (listing optimization, ads coordination – optional)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces
Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reports)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and logistics is an added advantage
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
Understanding of SEO for product listings
Experience with ads & promotions on marketplaces
