We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Executive to manage and operate our Amazon Seller Account, including product listings, catalogue management, orders, inventory, returns, account health, Amazon PPC/advertising, reports and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key skills:

1. Amazon Seller Central

   • Product listing and editing

   • Product catalogue management

   • SKU creation and management

   • Product pricing and inventory updates

   • Order processing and monitoring

   • Returns, refunds and cancellations

   • Handling customer messages/queries

2. Amazon Ads

   • Sponsored Products

   • Sponsored Brands/Display, if applicable

   • Keyword research

   • Monitoring ad spend and sales

   • Basic campaign optimization

3. Inventory & Orders

   • Monitoring stock

   • Coordinating with dispatch/warehouse team

   • Tracking pending/failed orders

   • FBA/FBM knowledge, depending on your business model

4. Account Health

   • Monitoring Account Health

   • Handling Amazon notifications

   • Resolving listing/account issues

   • Understanding policy violations and performance metrics

5. Reports & Analysis

   • Downloading Amazon reports

   • Sales analysis

   • Product performance

   • Inventory reports

   • Basic Excel skills — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting would be useful.

6. Product Listing

   • Titles

   • Bullet points

   • Product descriptions

   • Keywords/search terms

   • Images and basic content coordination

7. Coordination

   • Coordination with sales, purchase, dispatch, accounts and production

   • Following up on Amazon orders and payments

   • Maintaining daily/weekly marketplace reports

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
