Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive – Order Processing & Ecommerce Operations to handle end-to-end online order processing and operational coordination.
The ideal candidate should have prior ecommerce operations experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, courier coordination, and customer support execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end online order processing operations
Manage daily order reports and operational updates
Coordinate with the merchandising team for finished goods readiness and timely execution
Follow up with courier partners for pickups, dispatch tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
Coordinate with customer care teams regarding order updates and customer concerns
Manage order exchanges and replacement coordination after delivery
Handle courier discrepancies and operational issue resolution
Ensure smooth execution of the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to closure
Maintain inventory coordination and stock update processes
Ensure all operational tasks are completed within defined timelines
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to avoid delays and execution gaps
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in Ecommerce Operations / Order Processing is mandatory
Good understanding of inventory management and stock coordination
Experience handling ecommerce operational workflows
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a timeline-driven environment
Good communication and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of courier operations and ecommerce systems preferred
