· Manage and grow the company's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

· Plan and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.

· Monitor and optimize product listings, keywords, pricing, and promotions.

· Identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio based on market trends and customer demand.

· Coordinate new product launches across all e-commerce platforms.

· Improve product rankings through effective SEO, content optimization, and marketplace best practices.

· Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate growth strategies.

· Manage inventory planning and coordinate with operations to minimize stock-outs and overstocking.

· Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and marketplace advertising initiatives.

· Ensure timely order processing, high seller ratings, and excellent customer experience.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

· Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to strengthen the online brand presence.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations for an Ayurveda or Cosmetics brand.

· Proven record of achieving and growing marketplace sales.

· Strong experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho Seller Panels.

· Sound understanding of marketplace algorithms, product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

· Experience in establishing and scaling e-commerce brands.

· Ability to identify market opportunities and expand the product portfolio.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace reporting tools.

· Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
