We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Expertz Trust Finfra Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹16500 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the e-commerce website, update product listings, manage content, and ensure a smooth user experience.

• Oversee the entire order process from placement to delivery, including coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch.

• Inventory management Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy to prevent stockouts or overstocking

• Digital marketing and sales: Implement and execute digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments like marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure all operations run efficiently and cohesively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 - 2 years of experience. Technical skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets.

• Operational skills: Experience with logistics, inventory management, and order processing.

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret sales insights, and use them to develop strategies.

• Soft skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
