We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executives. This is a great opportunity for freshers to build a career in E-Commerce, Customer Support and Business Operations. With 5,500+ products, candidates will get practical exposure to real E-Commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🛒 Order processing, Purchase Orders & inventory updates

• 📦 Shipping, courier tracking & delivery coordination

• 💬 Customer support through WhatsApp, Email & Phone

• 📝 Product information and customer assistance

• 🤝 Customer & vendor coordination

• 📊 Maintaining data and basic reports

• 🔄 Post-sales support and issue resolution

Job Requirements:

12th Pass or above. Freshers can apply. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

🚀 Learning & Career Opportunity:

Candidates will get practical exposure to E-Commerce Operations, Customer Support, Inventory, Shipping and Business Operations, with additional exposure to Electronics Manufacturing and GeM Business.

🎓 Training Certificate: Successful completion of the training program may lead to a Certificate of E-Commerce Operations & Business Training.

💼 Regular Employment: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on skills and performance. Candidates may be considered for regular employment after successful completion of the training period.
