Ecommerce Operations Executive

Hiring: E-commerce Executive – Amazon USA

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive who can efficiently manage and operate our Amazon USA marketplace for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate Amazon USA Seller Central account

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, description, keywords)

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations team

• Handle order processing, tracking, and shipment updates

• Manage customer queries, feedback, and reviews

• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies

• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization

• Assist in pricing strategy and competitor analysis

• Work with marketing team on PPC campaigns and promotions

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (US marketplace preferred)

• Knowledge of listing SEO and PPC

• Understanding of FBA / FBM fulfillment

• Basic Excel knowledge

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
