Job Summary:
Manage daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and the company website. Handle product listings, order processing, inventory updates, promotions, and customer support while ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings and catalog updates.
Process orders, returns, and customer queries.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse.
Execute online promotions and marketplace campaigns.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.

Skills:

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, amazon ppc campaign.
Knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce operations.
Good communication and analytical skills.
