Ecommerce Operations Executive

Job Requirement: E-commerce Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations of Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon seller accounts

• Product listing & catalog management (title, images, pricing, attributes, keywords)

• Order processing: order confirmation, invoicing, packing coordination, and dispatch

• Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and refunds

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for timely shipment

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and ratings on marketplaces

• Manage pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions as per marketplace guidelines

• Track sales reports, performance metrics, and inventory levels

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies & SLAs

• Work on account health, visibility, and performance improvement

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Panel

• Knowledge of product listing, bulk uploads, and catalog optimization

• Understanding of order processing & return management

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle daily operational tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce marketplace operations

• Experience in fashion / apparel / ethnic wear is a plus

• Knowledge of SEO keywords for listings is an advantage
