Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Executive to manage daily orders and marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily orders accurately and on time.
Manage order dispatch, cancellations, returns and replacements.
Handle marketplace returns, claims and related issues.
Update inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Assist with product listings, catalogue updates and product information.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners.
Maintain daily Excel reports for orders, returns and inventory.
Follow marketplace guidelines and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of e-commerce is an advantage.
Freshers with a learning attitude are welcome.
Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to grow with the company.
