Ecommerce Operations Executive (Listing Specialist)

We are looking for a dedicated Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, and maintaining daily operations across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Cataloging: Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.

Content & Image Management: Ensure titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images adhere to platform guidelines for maximum search visibility.

Inventory & Data Accuracy: Update pricing, stock levels, and product variations regularly while resolving any data discrepancies promptly.

Panel Operations: Monitor seller dashboards, manage returns, track order flow, and address panel notifications.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate accurate weekly and monthly inventory/sales reports for internal team review.

Data Security: Handle sensitive company pricing, vendor information, and account details with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with seller panel knowledge or experienced listing executives are welcome).

Key Skills:

Hands-on experience or familiarity with seller portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra).

Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities

• It is a Part Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
