Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packaging Executive to handle the packing and dispatch preparation of our e-commerce orders. The candidate will be responsible for accurate, neat, and secure packaging of products while ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately as per order details.

• Check products for quantity, quality, and any visible defects before packing.

• Pack greeting cards, invitation cards, photo prints, jewellery and other products safely.

• Ensure proper use of packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation.

• Print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents.

• Verify SKU, product, quantity, and shipping label before dispatch.

• Keep the working area clean and organized.

• Follow company packaging standards and procedures.

• Claiming incorrect return parcels to from e-commerce companies.

• Assist with basic warehouse and order-processing activities when required.

Requirements

• Freshers can also apply.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

• Basic understanding of reading product/SKU and shipping labels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Ability to handle repetitive packing work.

• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
