We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Gs Smart. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on e-commerce platforms
Product listing and catalog management
Update product details, pricing, and stock
Handle order processing and tracking
Coordinate with customers and courier partners
Monitor account health and performance
Handle return, refund, and replacement process
Basic Excel and computer work
Generate sales reports and maintain data
Support in online promotions and campaigns
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
