E-Commerce Operations Head

Aadrika Fashion House is a growing D2C Women's Fashion Brand. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female E-Commerce Operations Head who can independently manage our complete e-commerce operations and take ownership of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete Shopify store operations (Product Listing, Product Upload, Collections & Catalog Management).

Handle marketplace operations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Manage inventory in Shopify and Tally with proper stock reconciliation.

Process orders, returns, RTO and coordinate with courier partners.

Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing and images.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel.

Coordinate with warehouse, accounts and customer support teams.

Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and inventory management.

Monitor stock availability and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency and business growth.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.

Hands-on experience with Shopify (Mandatory).

Experience in managing online marketplaces.

Good knowledge of Tally Inventory.

Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.

Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate:

Female Candidate Preferred.

Experience in Fashion/Apparel Industry will be an added advantage.

Candidate should be capable of independently handling complete e-commerce operations with minimum supervision.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
