We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Graphic Designer & Computer Operator to join our team. This role combines creative design work with day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating attractive product images using their own design skills or AI tools, editing them professionally, and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality product images, infographics, banners, and promotional creatives for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

• Create professional product images using graphic design software and AI tools while ensuring the final output looks natural, attractive, and high quality.

• Edit, retouch, and optimize product images according to marketplace guidelines.

• Upload product images, videos, and content to e-commerce portals.

• Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes, and other catalog information.

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms, including catalog updates and product data management.

• Maintain organized records of product images, files, and listings.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure product information and creatives are updated accurately.

• Ensure all designs and listings follow company standards and marketplace policies.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (preferred).

• Experience with AI image generation and editing tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and internet-based applications.

• Ability to learn and work with different e-commerce seller portals.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of product photography and image editing.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Experienced candidates will be given higher priority.

• Prior experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any e-commerce marketplace is highly preferred.

• Candidates with experience in both graphic design and e-commerce operations will have an added advantage.

• Freshers with exceptional design skills, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic may also apply.
