E-commerce & Inventory Executive
Location: Chandigarh, on-site · Full-time
Responsibilities
Enter all incoming stock into the inventory software on arrival.
Check deliveries against invoices; log transfers, returns, and damages.
Reconcile physical stock with the system weekly.
Get every new item photographed on arrival; send for retouching; track until done.
Upload every item to the e-commerce site with correct titles, descriptions, prices, variants, and attributes.
Build and update collections and category pages.
Pack, dispatch, and update tracking for every order the same day.
Handle returns, exchanges, and order queries.
Draft and send customer emails and WhatsApp messages.
Keep site policies and required disclosures up to date.
Report weekly: stock entered, items uploaded, orders shipped, pending items.
Requirements
2+ years in e-commerce operations or inventory management.
Hands-on with Shopify (or similar) and an inventory/ERP system.
Fast and accurate; comfortable with spreadsheets and AI tools.
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
