E Commerce Executive

We are looking for an Amazon E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations, product sourcing, inventory, vendor coordination, packaging, and order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Amazon Seller Central portal and daily marketplace operations.

• Create and manage Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords, variations, and other listing details.

• Conduct product research to identify new and high-potential products for selling on Amazon.

• Perform keyword and competitor research to improve product visibility and sales.

• Monitor and optimize existing listings, pricing, inventory, and product information.

• Manage FBA and MFN inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.

• Coordinate FBA shipments and inventory movement to Amazon warehouses.

• Search for and identify manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and other vendors for new products.

• Communicate and negotiate with vendors regarding pricing, MOQ, product specifications, samples, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Source products based on the company's requirements and evaluate their selling potential.

• Coordinate product procurement and maintain proper purchase and inventory records.

• Manage product packaging, labeling, barcoding, FNSKU stickers, and shipment preparation.

• Supervise order processing, packing, and dispatch for customer orders.

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners and track shipments when required.

• Monitor Amazon orders, returns, cancellations, reimbursements, and inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for inventory, purchasing, sales, product costing, and vendor records.

• Coordinate with internal team members, vendors, packaging staff, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Marketplace is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Amazon product listing and inventory management.

• Strong product research and product sourcing skills.

• Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple products and operational tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce packaging, shipping, FBA and MFN operations.

• Candidates with experience in Amazon operations, e-commerce, procurement, product sourcing, or inventory management will be preferred.
