E-commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day online operations of our jewellery business.

This is primarily a computer-based ecommerce role and not a warehouse job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra
• Upload product images, titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs and stock details
• Manage seller panels and process daily customer orders
• Print invoices, shipping labels and order documents
• Maintain order, product and inventory records in Excel or Google Sheets
• Update stock after sales, returns and new stock arrivals
• Track returns, exchanges, RTOs and cancelled orders
• Coordinate courier pickups and order dispatches
• Check and pack jewellery orders when required
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for listings and routine work

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail
• Honest, punctual and organised
• Willingness to learn ecommerce seller panels and AI tools

Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, product listings or ecommerce operations will be an advantage. Freshers willing to learn may also apply.
