Job Summary:

We are looking for a Visa Executive with experience preferred in tourist and business visa processing (non tour and travel background candidates may also apply). The candidate will be responsible for handling complete visa documentation, application filing, and coordination with clients and embassies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handling visa documentation and application processing

• Verifying client documents and ensuring completeness

• Filling online/offline application forms accurately

• Coordinating with clients for required information

• Scheduling appointments and managing submissions

• Maintaining proper records of applications

• Tracking application status and providing timely updates

• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures

🔹 Required Skills:

• Experience in documentation, processing, back-office, or similar roles preferred

• Knowledge of visa/immigration process is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Online portals)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
