Maintain accurate records of e-waste collection, transportation, storage, recycling, and disposal activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all statutory documentation related to e-waste management, including manifests, invoices, weighment slips, gate passes, collection records, and recycling certificates.
Ensure compliance with the provisions of the E-Waste (Management) Rules and other applicable environmental regulations.
Coordinate with collection centers, transporters, recyclers, vendors, and customers to obtain and validate the required documentation.
Generate and submit periodic compliance reports to internal management and regulatory authorities, as required.
Maintain digital and physical records of all e-waste transactions and ensure proper document retention and traceability.
Verify incoming and outgoing material records against physical stock and system entries.
Update ERP/MIS systems with accurate data relating to e-waste inventory, dispatches, and recycling activities with generated weights.
Support audits by providing complete and accurate documentation for internal, customer, and statutory inspections.
Prepare Certificates of Recycling (CoR), Certificates of Destruction (CoD), and other customer-specific compliance documents.
Monitor document accuracy and identify discrepancies, coordinating with the operations team for timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company records.
Assist in preparing monthly operational, inventory, and compliance reports.
Ensure adherence to the company's Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) policies and standard operating procedures- basic Knowledge about ISO Certifications.
Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for documentation related to billing, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Perform any additional documentation and administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in documentation, logistics, compliance, or e-waste/environmental management.
Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation is an added advantage.
