Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Executive to support our Business Development team by preparing, managing, and submitting business proposals, client documentation, and related records. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and review business proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documents.
Coordinate with the Business Development team to gather required information for proposal creation.
Ensure all proposals and documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted proposals, contracts, agreements, and client communications.
Assist in drafting client-facing documents, reports, and presentations.
Track proposal status and follow up with relevant stakeholders for updates.
Organize and maintain digital documentation and filing systems.
Support the team in tender documentation, RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions when required.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements in all documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, English, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent documentation, proofreading, and formatting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in documentation, proposal writing, or business development support.
Familiarity with CRM systems and document management tools is an advantage.
