• Assist students with registration, choice filling, and other admission-related formalities. • Handle documentation, verification, and submission of student records. • Manage and update student information accurately in online admission portals. • Provide technical support during the counselling and registration process. • Coordinate with the counselling/admission team to ensure timely completion of all processes. • Guide students through the choice filling process, ensuring clarity and compliance with admission guidelines. • Communicate effectively with students and parents to resolve queries and provide assistance. • Prepare and maintain data reports, checklists, and tracking sheets in MS Excel and other tools.
Required skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Management, or related field). • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, online admission portals, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Prior experience in admission counselling or education documentation will be an added advantage. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
