Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive revenue growth. This role plays a key part in coordinating sales activities, managing customer and internal communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices

• Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system

• Coordinate communication between sales, finance, operations, and customers

• Track sales performance, generate reports, and assist with forecasting

• Schedule sales meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

• Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
