About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduates with Excellent English Communication Skills to join our US Dental Billing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in the US Healthcare / RCM industry. No prior dental billing experience is required - complete training will be provided.

What is US Dental Billing?

US Dental Billing is the process of submitting and following up on dental claims to insurance companies in the United States for reimbursement of dental procedures. It involves verifying patient insurance eligibility, coding dental procedures using CDT codes, submitting claims, handling claim rejections/denials, and ensuring dental practices get paid for their services. It is a part of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Verify patient dental insurance eligibility and benefits.

Check patient coverage, deductibles, and waiting periods.

Prepare and submit dental claims to insurance companies accurately.

Enter patient demographics and dental codes (CDT, ICD-10) into billing software.

Follow up on pending and denied claims via email and calls (if required).

Post payments and handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up.

Maintain confidentiality of patient health information (HIPAA compliance).

Coordinate with the US dental office team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Graduation is Mandatory (Any stream - B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.)

Communication: Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills is a MUST.

Experience: Only fresher can apply

Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and typing skills.

Willingness to work in US Night Shift (01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST).

Strong attention to detail, learning attitude, and ability to work under deadlines.

Must have a personal laptop/desktop and good internet connection for WFH.
