Your Role Overview :-

• As a Data Surveyor, you are the foundation of our market intelligence.

• You will be our expert on the ground, responsible for visiting real estate developer sites and building strong professional relationships.

• Your mission is to gather, verify, and update project data, ensuring our sales network has the most accurate and timely information to close deals.

• This is a dynamic field role where you are the face of the company, connecting the market directly to our internal operations.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) :-

• Execute Field Visits: Conduct scheduled visits to developer sites weekly to build relationships and gather firsthand project information.

• Build Developer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, professional partnerships with developer sales teams, becoming their trusted point of contact for market access.

• Gather & Enter Data: Accurately collect all required project details (brochures, price lists, availability, brokerage terms) and enter them live into our company app during your site visits.

• Maintain Data Freshness: Ensure 100% of your assigned projects are updated in the system at least once every 30 days, guaranteeing the timeliness of our data.

• Source New Opportunities: Proactively identify, photograph, and log new construction projects and market opportunities discovered during your travels.

• Report Market Intelligence: Act as our "eyes and ears" by finding and reporting new pieces of "inside news" (e.g., future launches, policy changes).

• Ensure Data Quality: Collaborate with the internal Data Verification team to maintain a data completeness score of over 95% on all your projects.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) :-

• Hard Requirements: Must be a resident of Ahmedabad; must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1-3 years of proven experience in a field-based role is highly preferred.

• Resilient & Persistent: You can handle objections professionally and are not discouraged by a busy contact; you find ways to achieve your goals. • Technical Skills: Proficient in using smartphones/tablets and comfortable using mobile apps for live data entry and reporting.

• Other Requirements: Must have your own two-wheeler and a valid driver's license.

Working Days & Hours :-

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• This is a field-intensive role requiring daily travel within your assigned city zone, with morning and evening sync-ups at the office.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
