Job Description:

We are looking for a Claims Associate to support the claims processing team at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. The candidate should have basic experience in data handling and must be certified or trained in Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for claim approvals and updates.

Maintain accurate records of claim statuses.

Use Power BI to prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

Ensure timely follow-ups and support customer queries.

Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably in insurance or data operations.

Power BI certification or hands-on experience is mandatory.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
