Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and records. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers or candidates with basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into spreadsheets, software systems, and databases accurately.

• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.

• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

• Generate basic reports as required by the management.

• Scan, sort, and file documents properly.

• Coordinate with team members to collect and update information.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

• Perform other administrative and back-office tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or office experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or data management software is a plus.

Experience

• Fresher / 0–1 year experience.

Job Type

• Full-Time

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday Off)

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
