About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Tagging Annotation to join our growing data operations team. This role focuses on accurate labelling and annotation of insurance-related documents and datasets,playing a critical part intraining high-performing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the insurance domain—terms,workflows, and document types—alongside proven annotation experience with complex data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tagging and annotation of  such as policies, claims, underwriting forms, and other records.

• Learn and apply document structures, and workflows while working on data.

• Follow clear annotation guidelines and ensure accuracy in labeling tasks.

• Collaborate with senior team members, data scientists, and engineers to support annotation projects.

• Participate in quality checks and reviews to ensure consistency in outputs.

• Gain hands-on experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, or other internal platforms).

• Maintain productivity and meet daily/weekly targets.
  

  Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Basic understanding of the insurance domain (policies, claims, underwriting, etc.) will be a plus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow processes and guidelines accurately.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
