Data Entry Operator – Job Description
Position: Data Entry Operator
Department: Operations / HR
Location: Coimbatore
Job Responsibilities
- Handle data entry and data updating accurately.
- Make telecalling and follow-up calls with candidates/customers.
- Maintain and update daily records in MS Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy in all entries.
- Coordinate with the team for regular data updates and follow-ups.
- Handle basic office/administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Complete knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Freshers can apply.
Eligibility
- Age: Below 25 years
- Qualification: Any degree / relevant qualification
- Good communication skills preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
