Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and company databases.
Maintain digital records, files, and documents systematically.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Prepare daily reports and maintain data entry records.
Manage data correction, document scanning, and file uploading.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good data management and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
Basic email and internet knowledge.
