We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate production, inventory, dispatch, and operational records. The candidate will be responsible for timely data entry, maintaining Excel sheets, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments for accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain daily production data in Excel/ERP/software.
Maintain records of production, rejection, rework, downtime, and material consumption.
Update daily production reports, MIS reports, and departmental records.
Maintain inventory and stock-related data and coordinate with Stores/Production for updates.
Enter and maintain dispatch, inward, outward, and material movement records.
Verify data received from Production, Stores, Quality, and other departments before updating records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are updated on time.
Identify and correct data-entry errors and discrepancies.
Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.
Coordinate with supervisors and department heads for missing or incorrect information.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
Perform other data-entry and documentation activities as assigned by management.
