Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads to collect updates
Send messages (WhatsApp/SMS) for coordination and reminders
Maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets
Track responses and ensure accurate record-keeping
Coordinate basic communication between team and leads
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable with calling and texting
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow up consistently
