Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large amounts of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases and systems accurately

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Organize and maintain files and records

• Generate reports as required

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role

• Fast typing speed with high accuracy

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Familiarity with data entry tools and software

• Strong attention to detail

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and functions

• Experience with CRM or database systems

• Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles
