Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when identified.
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.
Assist other departments with data-related tasks as required.
