Position: Accounts Executive
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Interview Venue: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain sales, purchase, receipts and payment entries.
Manage invoices, vouchers and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Assist in GST, TDS and other accounting-related work.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related requirements.
Required Qualifications
Any Graduate
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Tally knowledge is required
Experience in logistics/cargo industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of accounting principles
Good numerical and analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, interview performance, and prevailing market standards.
