Department: Warehouse Operations / Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Basic computer MS word Excel, PowerPoint skills and mail chat Data maintenance MIS preparation & PPT , Data Entry

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support business growth.

Shipment Coordination:

Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues, damages, or short cases.

Documentation: Verify and maintain all customer documents, including e-way bills, MIS, NOCs, and other necessary paperwork.
