We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Update and maintain records regularly
Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and data security
Generate reports as required
Perform other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with databases or ERP systems
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Good communication skills
