Job Role: Data Entry Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Visit vendor locations that have already been onboarded by the marketing team.

• ● Coordinate with vendors to collect information related to their products and services.

• ● List and upload vendor products and services accurately in the application.

• ● Ensure all information provided by vendors is entered correctly and completely.

• ● Verify product and service details and make necessary updates or corrections when

  required.

• ● Maintain accurate records of vendor products, services, and related information in

  the system.

• ● Review listings regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• ● Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or

  missing information.

• ● Ensure timely completion of product and service onboarding activities.

• ● Maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information.

• ● Generate and submit activity reports to supervisors as required.

  Required Qualifications:

• ● Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline

• ● Good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially MS Word and MS Excel

• ● Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute

• ● Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)

• ● Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills

• ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  Preferred Skills:

• ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• ● Good organizational and time-management skills
